She is a content specialist and former newspaper journalist with more than 5 years of experience in copywriting, copyediting, and social media management. She has a BA in English from McMaster University (Hamilton, ON), and an ACES Certificate in Editing from Poynter News University.

As of 2022, Rayne lives in Vancouver, BC, with her beloved “fur baby” Midnite. A self-professed grammar nerd, Rayne enjoys reading, creative writing, and learning new languages in her spare time, as well as listening to music and going out with friends.
